Blitz By Harper brings incredible workouts to your home via Zoom, allowing you access to a quality gym class & thoroughly thought through workouts.

I’ll put you through your paces, drive you & push you to be the best you can be. I will be virtually by your side every step (and burpee) of the way.

I created the BLITZ by Harper with four pillars in mind; FITNESS. MIND. COMMUNITY. FUN. It is more than just a workout programme, it’s a community.

The BLITZ will undoubtedly improve your fitness levels and more importantly, your mindset. We will free you from negativity, bring positivity into your day & help you create sustainable change.

THE BLITZ HUSTLE

Our HUSTLE class is the perfect class for anyone looking to build confidence, overcome failure, build resilience and discover their true strength. Monday’s at the Blitz are full-body focused and are designed to develop your cardiovascular fitness, stamina and build your physical and mental strength. Our HUSTLE class is designed to push you to your max and test your limits but Sammy will empower you to break through those mental barriers leaving you buzzing with endorphins, confidence and full of self-belief that anything is possible with the right mind-set!

BLITZ LIVE AUDIO RUN

A very popular addition to our Blitz schedule is our weekly Live audio runs. The perfect chance for you to recharge your mind, switch off for 45 minutes and be navigated through an epic run. Trust me when I say you don’t need to be ‘a runner’ to join this workout, all levels welcome. This is your time to let go, lose control and leave every run feeling alive and free of any negativity. Your Blitz running coach Andy will be there to motivate you every step of the way, help you improve your running technique and have you pushing through any self-doubt!

LOWER BODY FOCUS

Tuesday’s at the Blitz are all about legs and ass! Oh yes. Our Lower body class will undoubtably increase your power and strength, improve your technique and teach you how to train smart. From the get go you will be fully immersed in the moment and Sammy will have you striving to take action to reach those extra reps. You will leave this session feeling empowered, focused, strong and most definitely struggling to walk up the stairs afterwards!

UPPER BODY PUMP

On Friday’s at the Blitz we end the week with the ultimate upper body PUMP! Our Upper body class will undoubtably increase your power and strength, improve your technique and have you moving with more confidence. This session will lift your mood, leave you feeling strong, ready to tackle the last day of the working week.

FULL OUT HIIT

a bodyweight session with a whole load of Blitz spice! From the moment this class starts you will instantly feel more energised and positive. This is a fun, high energy workout which will improve your stamina and leave you feeling alive (and sweaty!). It’s your time to just let loose, let any inhibitions go and plant yourself firmly in the moment for 45 minutes of full out HIIT.

BLITZ BOXING

Our Boxing class will push you like no other! Expect the unexpected and prepare to kick start your weekend with a BANG! You will learn new boxing skills, move efficiently, build cardiovascular fitness and stamina and is a chance to release any anxiety and self doubt. Get comfortable being uncomfortable because this session will condition you to build a tolerance to discomfort and is the ULTIMATE test of endurance.

YIN YOGA

Our Yin Yoga class reduces anxiety and stress whilst helping you regulate sleep, calm the body and mind and improve flexibility. Beckie will take you through an hour of deep yin poses, allowing your and body time to restore itself just in time for a new week ahead.

What equipment do I need?

We highly recommend that you get yourself a pair of dumbbells for the sessions that need equipment, so that you can get the most out of your Blitz training. I’d recommend www.blkboxfitness.com. Treating yourself to dumbbells will be a great investment and will make your workout life a lot easier. If you aren’t able to purchase equipment then get creative and use home objects as weights. For lower body sessions I’d suggest a back pack filled with books, and upper body 2L water bottles.

How do I cancel?

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.
